1. Agreement to Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Eligibility

4.3 Trading Risks

5. Referral Program

5.1 Eligibility

To participate in our Referral Program, you must have an active and verified account with LiveFXHub.

5.2 Commission Structure

Commissions are earned based on the trading activities of referred clients. The specific commission rates and structures may vary and are subject to change. Current rates are available on the Platform.

5.3 Payout Conditions

Commissions are paid out according to the terms specified in the Referral Program. We reserve the right to withhold commission payments if we suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities to generate referrals. This includes but is not limited to self-referrals, misrepresentation of the Services, or spam marketing.

6. Loyalty Program

6.1 Earning Points

Users earn loyalty points based on their trading activities and other specified actions. The rate at which points are earned is subject to change and is available on the Platform.

6.2 Redemption of Points

Loyalty points can be redeemed for various benefits, including but not limited to deposit bonuses, reduced trading fees, and exclusive promotions. The available redemption options are subject to change.

6.3 Point Expiry

Loyalty points may expire if not used within a specified period, as detailed in the Loyalty Program terms on the Platform.

7. Fees and Charges

7.1 Trading Fees

We charge fees for trading activities conducted on our Platform. These fees may include but are not limited to spreads, commissions, and overnight financing charges. Current fee structures are available on the Platform.

7.2 Fee Changes

We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time. Changes will be announced on the Platform before they take effect.

7.3 Payment Terms

Fees are automatically deducted from your account balance when the relevant trading activities occur.

8. Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial instruments, including but not limited to forex, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and stocks, involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you.

Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not make any warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LiveFXHub, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• The use or the inability to use the Services;
• Any trading decisions made based on the information available on the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Any other matter relating to the Services.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of LiveFXHub or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
